2. Bidder requirements:
2.1 The bidder must be a domestic independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with legal business qualifications, with relevant business scope, and an operating history of more than three years; with a registered capital of RMB 1 million or more;
2.2 In the past two years, there have been large-scale headquarters cases of the same level and have served cases of the same brand; and provide large-scale exhibition hall decoration cases in the past two years;
2.3 Bidders should independently participate in bidding;
2.4 Have good corporate credit, social reputation and professional ethics, and have no violations of laws and regulations or bad business records within three years;
2.5 The bidder must have unique bidding parameters and quotations for this project, and two or more bidding parameters and quotations are not allowed;
2.6 The bidder has the second-level or above professional contracting qualification for building decoration and decoration projects, and has relevant decoration experience in ceramic and slate exhibition halls.
2.7 The following information is required for registration pre-examination: a copy of the business license, a copy of the qualification certificate, a copy of the production safety license, a copy of the construction enterprise qualification certificate, a copy of the project manager certificate, and other corporate credit materials that the bidder deems necessary; A list of similar projects completed and under construction in the past three years, specifying the contract amount, construction/decoration area, and actual construction period;
2.8 The project quality warranty period must be indicated.
2.9 If the bidding team of our company passes the preliminary review of the registered supply unit and meets the bidding qualifications, the bidder must pay a bidding deposit of 50,000 yuan to the bidding unit before 18:00 on January 25. The company does not accept cash. The winning bidder will need to complete all the renovations of this project to refund the deposit. After passing the acceptance inspection and not violating the terms of the contract, the deposit will be returned within 10 days without interest. For the unit that did not win the bid, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days from the date the winning bidder is announced. . Suppliers we are currently cooperating with participate in bidding and do not need to pay a deposit.

2.10 Before signing the contract and receiving the first payment, the winning bidder must make a detailed quotation list based on the complete construction drawings. Otherwise, Party A has the right to terminate the cooperation without making any compensation and only refund the deposit. If items that are not included in the list appear during the construction process, the corresponding costs will be deducted; for additional items beyond the scope of the construction drawings, a separate quotation list will be issued for the additional items.
3. Obtaining bid documents
3.1 The interested decoration unit must contact the person in charge of our company at 18:00 on January 25, 2021 (Beijing time) to receive the bidding documents (the bidding documents must be produced and submitted in accordance with our company's requirements);
3.2 The bidder must deliver the bid to the designated location before 18:00 on January 25th, and the bidder shall sign for receipt;
3.3 The tenderer will organize the preliminary screening units to explain the construction requirements and inspect the site on January 27, 2021;
4. Schedule:
4.1 The bid evaluation team will conduct a centralized bid opening and evaluation on January 28 (bid opening time: 15:00 pm on January 28, 2020)
4.2 The bid evaluation results will be submitted to the company for approval on January 30
4.3 The bid winning notice was issued on February 2.
5. Invalid bid
Bid documents that meet any of the following conditions will be deemed invalid:
1. The bidder fails to provide a sufficient bid deposit in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents;
2. Failure to seal, sign and stamp the bidding documents in accordance with the requirements;
3. Do not meet the qualification requirements specified in the bidding documents;
4. The supply period of the bidding project stated in the bidding document exceeds the period stipulated in the bidding document;
5. Obviously does not meet the requirements of technical specifications and technical standards;
6. The bidding document contains conditions that are unacceptable to the tenderer;
7. Failure to comply with other substantive requirements stipulated in laws, regulations and bidding documents.

1. The price includes tax (a special VAT invoice with a tax rate of 9%), including transportation, unloading, disposal of decoration waste, etc.

4. Items included in the fee:
4.1 All partition wall keels are made of 100*0.6mm vertical ribs. The partition walls are sealed with 9-inch calcium silicate boards. Some load-bearing walls need to be reinforced with 12mm plywood. The ceiling light steel keels are sealed with double-layer 10cm Taishan gypsum board. The distance between auxiliary keels shall not be greater than 300mm.
4.2 All decorative panels are made of ecological paint-free boards, with a thickness of not less than 3.5mm.
4.3 The brand of ceiling latex paint is Nippon Paint and the brand of wall latex paint is Caima.
4.4 Including rock slab processing and seamless splicing in the exhibition hall, and rock slab armor supply.
4.5 All engineering lighting fixtures adopt the Baitu brand.
4.6 The main frame of the exterior wall steel frame is 80mm hot-dip galvanized channel steel, the auxiliary frame is 50*50 hot-dip galvanized angle steel, and the thickness of the embedded parts must not be less than 10mm; the glass uses 6+6 laminated glass; dry hanging uses back bolts. Hole type dry hanging, the pendant is made of aluminum alloy.
4.7 Other detailed requirements shall be implemented according to the construction drawings.
4.8 The finished work must be clean and tidy, with beautiful seams.
4.9 The original old exhibition hall will be demolished.
4.10 Includes decorative materials and audio installation (including speaker speakers and speaker cables, but does not include speaker equipment).
4.11 Customization and installation of stainless steel screens and edge strips.
4.12 This price is lump sum.
5. Items not included in the fee:
5.1 Large electrical equipment and speakers (except speaker cables and speakers); all display boards and display racks; slate tables, slate coffee tables, slate bathroom cabinets, practical cabinets, wardrobes, islands, etc.
5.2 All paving bricks, slates, mosaics and resin lines in the exhibition hall; sculptures in the exhibition hall.
5.3 Soft decorations. Refers to: curtains, green plants, toilets, and other structural objects that can be moved and have material and dimensions not in the construction drawings, but soft decoration requires placement and installation by the hard decoration construction team;
5.4 Curtain production and installation; advertising production and installation.
5.5 Advertising materials. Refers to: Inkjet printing, posting fonts, logos, etc. are the responsibility of the advertising company, and the hard decoration construction team is responsible for hidden wires;
6. This quotation does not include indoor and outdoor electronic display screens, sand table models, sculptures, air conditioning modifications, and firefighting modification costs
